Halloween!

Halloween is really one of my favorite Holidays.. No, Not just because of the candy although the candy is always nice I love checking out all the creative costumes. This year sadly we werent very prepared its kinda been a crazy month but after watching Hocus Pocus and The wizard of Oz two weeks before Halloween little Miss Madison had her little heart set on being a witch for Halloween, Which completly shocked me because thats totally not who she is, Shes usually into princesses and cute stuff but she was so cute and boy that night did her witch costume fit her Perfectly.. :)
This year the costume selection seemed very selective.. Grandma ( My Mom ) Ususally makes our costumes for us and she has ever since I can remember, I love that.. In fact I prefer a homemade costume rather than a bought one.. Growing up that was our tradition Halloween Morning we would wake up eat Mickey Mouse pancakes and put the finishing touches with my mom on our Costumes. So Halloween morning even though we didnt really need to finish up the costumes, We still enjoyed our Mickey Mouse Pancakes with M&Ms Later on We trick or treated and got tons of Candy then spent the night eating chocolate and watching Movies.. It was a Great Day.

Some Stormy Days

Well in Vegas its rare to have Stormy rainy days but for a minute there we had a couple back to back as much as we love the rain I prefer the nice warm sunshine, Of course you cant have one without the other .. Its alot like life I guess, In life we all have some stormy days but once the storm passes the sun shines right on through again and Im looking forward to that!

Pioneer Days and Birthdays!

Pioneer Day Has certainly become something we look forward to every year, Even though In my opinion it could be during a less HOTTER time of year. It is an all around great time. The kids love it and have a blast playing all the games, Enjoying the water slides and jumpers, And We Love it because we just EAT... All the wrong but Oh So right yummy Food. The best part are the Fireworks of course.. This year I must say they were exceptionally Great!

Happy 25th Birthday to My Man!

The big 2 5 My Husband has hit his mid 20s! He turned 25 on the 25th. I cant believe it 25 O How time flies... It seems like just yesterday he was 16 and we had just met. Wow were getting old! Arouund here we really like to keep birthdays pretty low key, We're not really big on gifts just as long as were together its usually all that matters. My husband Yoe ( Jo in english) is really basic theres not alot that he wants but for his birthday I wanted to get him something really special, Something I knew he would love. About 2 years ago he came across a watch that he fell completely in love with. He never bought it for himself because not only was it really hard to find but it was also a bit on the pricey side and being the careing and wonderful father/husband he is he would rather have the money spent on his kids and wifes needs. Since then he has not stopped lookingand talking about the watch I would somtimes catch him admireing it on websites and watching videos about it, So as his birthday approached and as I began thinking about a gift I went on a hunt for this certain watch, And what a hunt it was... Turns out they only sell it in two stores in Las Vegas and of course the stores are on complete opposite sides of town but thankfully my Long HOT trips paid off! The morning of his Birthday after we indulged in Homemade Blueberry pancakes, Eggs, Bacon and Yogurt, Yes.. which I am proud to say "I made myself", I pulled out the gift and the look on his face was pricless! He could not have been more suprised which I am so thankful for, Because he's Awesome and He deserves it!

Still Trying to Adapt!

Well Sometime has gone by and as much I would like to say that having three kids is Easy, I think that Im finally starting to agree with everyone that told me three kids is the hardest, It certainly is! Not to mention that I have two in diapers because my son just simply refuses to use the potty But I'll get more into that on a future blog post.. But I have really seen how getting three kids ready to ANYWHERE takes somewhat close to FOREVERR. It used to be easy when me and the husband could each take one and dress one, I'd usually take the female child. Ya know me being female myself, I'd dress her and comb her hair. It was good, It was even, A one on one type of thing, but now Its a little more complicated and takes a little more ticks of the good ol clock but We are truely Loving it and couldnt be Happier with our 3 amazing kids.. Just a quick FYI ever need me to be on time to a certain Something, Just make sure to tell me it starts two hours before it really does ;)

Totally Traumatized!

Well today was definitely eventful , It's Monday and there's not many Mondays that aren't and today was no exception but it was surprisingly very productive, So that's a plus. My husband and I planted some flowers, cleaned the dreaded pigeon poop off the roof even cleaned the garage but somewhere in the mist of all the craziness my son Easton who is almost two had one of the most horrific things happen to him...

So as am in the kitchen and my kids are playing in the backyard Easton comes inside and is kinda whining "Not crying "just a little whine I asked him what was wrong and he didn't answer, So I just asked him if he's alright gave him a little hug and told him he was OK. So he goes back out side with his sister and not even two minutes later I hear a scream and both of them running to door by that time I was pretty worried and I hear Madison say "Mommy Easton has a spider on his head" and Sure enough I look and here is a HUGE spider right on Easton's head. Now I am terrified of spiders, So I scream for my husband and I'm trying to knock it off. I knock the spider onto the floor and it crawls back up his leg he is screaming BLOODY MURDER I'm doing everything to get it off of him by that time My husband comes downstairs he grabs the spider off of Easton with his bare hand and kinda examines it. I grab Easton and hug him he grabs me SO tight he was even kinda shaking I felt so bad for my little guy I started crying thank goodness my husband said it was a daddy long legs and supposedly those spiders don't bite but boy was Easton scared he cried SO hard and SO long he cried himself to sleep.
